My broadband was meant to go live on Friday 8th, but this didn't happen due to a fault with the phone line.
This all appears to be fixed now, and I can confirm that my phone is now working.
Any idea when/how I get my broadband activated?

I contacted our suppliers this morning for the update and they have stated there are still ongoing delays with your cabinet.
The specific team dealing with this said they should be able to sort this by end of day today but I know we have heard this before.
If no update is provided at the latest of tomorrow morning 21/6/18 a secondary escalation will be requested.
