My activation day supposed to be yesterday. I got notification about phone line being ready two days ago, however yesterday, on supposed activation day, I had no updates about the broadband. Would like to know what is the status and/or what steps I need to take to fix the issue.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Form looking at your account I can see we sent this ticket saying everything was ready to go.
Can you try setting up the router and let us know if this doesn't provide a connection?

Same thing happened to me in September, I got messages to say the phone line was active, but none about BBand. I called the service desk who told me the BBand had been activated but some 'backoffice' work hadn't been done so I didn't get a message. All was sorted there & then.
