Activation Date

I've had a text from Plusnet saying my DSL will be enabled by the 10th and a second text saying the 11th Sept. Are there any Plusnet advisors available on here that can clear up when my service might be activated?

Router has now synced with the line. Is anyone from Plusnet lurking that can activate my account?
