Activating my broadband

Hello, I am waiting for my broadband to be activated and was told it would be done today
Looking at this post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,92836.0.html JoJo helpd him out.
Would there be any chance of you throwing some of that help my way and see if you can get mine activated too?
