Just wondering when I'll be switched on and ready to go? My router arrived on Wednesday. Checking the order tracker and it's been on ' checking your line ' since the hardware arrived..

I don't really want to set up and connect the router until I get the green light from pn that it's ready to use. I don't know my activation date? How long does it usually take for the broadband to become active after one receives their router?

I think the router is delivered just before the order is due to complete. Why not give the CSC a ring on 0800 432 0200 (or 0345 140 0200)? They are available 24x7 and should be able to check the status of your order.

Your broadband activation will complete by midnight on 16/05/2012.
