Account Payment Method Jammed

I tried updating my payment card details 7 days ago and ever since them I am getting a message to say that I cannot update my details within 24 hours..... support is virtually non-existent.... happy enough with PlusNet when there are no issues... but give them an issue to deal with and it's like trying to break into the bank of England to get any support.....
