Account Balance

Would there be a way to put account balance on the portal?
I've just been billed for PRO (fair enough) however the £5 credit james put on for me never showed, it should as a credit but the balance showed £0.00
The credit should still be on there if i have indeed been charged £19,99 today

Well it shows it there and applied on the 29th October, but the balance was still at £0.00
I know it can take upto 10 days for them to show. No bother i was only going to use it to buy extra BW
