ASUS RT-N66U 'Dark Knight' & TP-Link TD-8817

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience of the setup as mentioned in the subject line (ASUS RT-N66U 'Dark Knight' & TP-Link TD-8817)? My broadband got activated today - I'm aware that the modem has to be in bridged/bridging mode. Do I have to set the modem up with my plus.net connection information (I presume so but would rather be sure) which my Asus then picks up?
Thanks in advance,
JJ

With the TP-Link in bridge mode, the N66u should pick up the connection - make sure you're connected via the WAN port on the Asus N66U. The run the quick internet setup and hopefully it will pick up the connection.

Hi MrJasinski, did you get this working and are you happy with the set-up? I'm also thinking of getting the TP-Link/Asus combination.
