AMILO 3438G - missing Hardware CD Rom (silver)

Re-installed Windows XP
cannot connect to Internet (except thro USB Port)
Need Drives CD Rom which came with PC (but cannot find)
Have System Restore CD Rom (used to re-install Windows XP)

So you can connect to the internet? You can download all the drivers from <a href="http://support.fujitsu-siemens.com/com/support/downloads.html">here</a>. I think you actually have an Amilo M3483G - enter that in the searchbox and it should give you a list of drivers. If you can't connect with that PC, can you use a friend's/work's/whatever PC? Download the drivers, save them to a USB stick or CD and install on yours.

The process I normally use (because I'm lazy) is:
Install windows and connect with a USB device (ideally a USB-LAN adapter) - you've clearly done this.
Run Windows Update, checking for optional hardware updates and including them. Repeat as required.
Finally, if there's anything still without drivers, go to the manufacturers site and download them.

Tried the Siemens WebSite but cannot find the correct drivers?
Do not understand the drivers offered?
do I need to download them ALL and install?

Have you tried what HPSauce suggested - that normally works well.
Open IE and go to windowsupdate.com
Run Windows Update in CUSTOM mode (not express) - Windows Update may want to install some software before going to the updates - let it!
Under Optional updates on the left there should be a section marked "hardware".  That'll have the drivers for the hardware found on your PC.  Just tick all the boxes and tell Windows Update to install them.
As for the Fujitsu-Siemens site - you'll only need to install the drivers for things that aren't working on your PC (i.e. if you've got sound you won't need to install the audio driver as there's a driver already installed).  Best bet is to run Windows Update and do it from there (you may need to run it a few times until there are no more updates but always do it in Custom mode to get the additional hardware updates).
