Has BT put me on ADSL2+ ?
The speed had increasing from 6.48Mbps to 7.68Mbps as I always getting 6.48Mbps in the last 4 weeks.

I cannot find out if my ip profile had risen more than 7.15Mb on my line from bt speedtester as bt speedtester never work. Can plusnet please give me service ID to try bt speedtester.

yes it seems so my speed was also 7.74 the first day or so dont reset your modem/router as you will be on a training peroid.

I do hope so!  I do hope BT had enabled my exchange 21CN ADSL2+ because I think my line can handle up to 13-14 meg! The speed was all over the place been reached 9Meg :
I had checked samknows but there still nothing on my exchange for 21CN (still not enabled or no dates)
Can plusnet find out for me please ? As I can't check bt speedtester for 100% certain for ADSL2+ ip profile rate cos the useless bt speedtester never work!

Hi goldenadsl,
That's a bit strange to be honest. All ours and BT systems are showing you as ADSL with a profile of 7150. Can you PM me your telephone number so I can double check that all our information is correct?
