cant connect with any of the test domains or my plusnet account its as though there is nothing to connect too. i opened a ticket hopefully get a response soon.

Does your router say it has an IP address, if so what is it?

My routers lan ip is 192.168.1.254 it was syncing in at  3800 down.  Im now at 2365 as ive restarted it a few times today. im not getting a wan ip as its not making a ppp seasion as the ATM loop is down its saying the lines working i just cant login. To either the bt test account or my plusnet one. Undecided
