ADSL2+ Upgrade Query

Hi
Can anyone please advise when my order for ADSL2+ will be completed?  My first order was cancelled without explanation or notification, which meant several weeks went by before I found out.  The second order was due to complete by midnight yesterday, but I haven't heard anything about this being completed and the download speed today is unchanged.

If you're using a Plusnet supplied Thomson router, you can tell by visiting http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/dsl/dt/?be=0&l0=2&l1=0
(a DSL type of 992.3 or 992.5 indicates ADSL2/ADSL2+ respectively)
You might as well post the stats here...

Hi simonb2005,
The order completed on the 8th and you're on the up to 20Mb service, I've just amended your account so it shows completed for you. Given the speeds you were getting on the up to 8Mb service I'm afraid I wouldn't expect much of a speed increase which may be why no change was noticed, though as dfunked says if you could post the stats from your router we'll be able to advise further.
