it is a Linksys WAG54G2 and I can not see where to get that info ?

Assuming it is similar to the Linksys WAG54GS, to get router stats try the following (based on information from Kitz frogstats page):
Enable debug by clicking the link or entering http://192.168.1.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug in your browser address bar
Open a command prompt window (Start->Run then type cmd and click OK with Windows XP)
Telnet into the router by typing telnet 192.168.1.1 and pressing enter
Type adslctl info --stats and press enter
Type exit and press enter to end the telnet session

if the 2 is meaning V2 then these are the instructions from the kitz page
v2 of this router.
From the web interface http://192.168.1.1

it seems your downstream snr lowered before the upstream cap was removed.
did you make any changes to your wiring setup in this time or has it just stablised on its own?

Downstream attenuation is 50dB if you're still interested.
