Yo, made a few tickets but haven't had a response so thought I'd give it a go on here as to be honest most of my issues just resolve themself and I am just inpatient!
Got upped to ADSL2, syncing at 20883/443 and on an 18mb profile; throughput isn't as high as I thought it would be (13349 kbps (1.67MB/s) 342 kbps (42.8kB/s) but still fine for now.
Just a couple of things still needing to be done though.
Looking to uncap the upstream rate of 443 to the maximum, whatever it can be (line should be able to handle it, never had faults) will post line stats at bottom of post.
Looking to get interleaving turned OFF, as for some reason alongside my order it has been turned on even though it was off on my dslMAX order. Pings have gone up by like 10-15ms easily and would love to have it turned back off again when possible.
I have a ticket open regarding both these matters but its taking 2-3days+ to even recieve a reply on the tickets so if anybody does check here and its a 5min affair would be great if you could help out! Ticket is Question #39272303 btw.
