ADSL speed slowdown

First of all, I understand it is a difficult time for all ,and there are many in need.
For the last week or so I have been experiencing a decreased ADSL speed (which usually stays very confortably at 15+ Mbs).
At first I assumed it was due to line clogging, although I have been checking and the actual speed at the time of writing is 4,3 (according to Plusnet-> my account -> Broadband -> your broadband service) with is actually below the minimum guaranteed of 5.5, so I assume something is wrong.
I experienced similar issues in the past which were solved quickly by the support (I think they said it was an issue with the SNR).
Could be possible to look in this issue? Please let me know if additional details are required.
