Re: ADSL speed issues

I know I said I was avoiding this topic. but you obviously have a broadband fault - if your phone issue really is sorted - so the obvious next step is to report one - follow this guide: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/

Re: ADSL speed issues

Fix

Hi @weeally46, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you've been having connection issues as of recent. I can see when testing your connection from this side currently the line settings for your connection certainly look to be higher then where we'd expect given the length of your line.
This could be due to the issues you had recently with hearing noise on the line that sounds to have since been resolved. In which case, I've placed an order to adjust the line settings back to where they should be.

If then you could please see how the connection goes through this evening onwards and should you see any dips in speed or drops in connection then please report the issue via the link below.
If issues look to persist please report the fault here: faults.plus.net

Give us a nudge if you do raise a fault regarding the issue as we can help in progressing this further for you.

@RealAleMadrid Maybe - but the OP is not helping us to help him with the twists and turns in his replies.
