With regard to the graphs, if you can adjust the bit scaling to cover all 512 tones, but IIRC there can be a bit of a compromise because the scale is either too much (so plots are a bit squashed up) or too little (as you have) - it's a long while since I used DSLstats and I don't use it as it fills the 582n log up with constant login/logout messages and so other important information is lost from the log (unlike RouterStats which works with the 582n).
If you can change the graphing of the ES errors to be real time, that could help. Other than that, I don't know if you can identify when that burst of ES errors occurred.

I'll attach the new graphs - I've got one with up to 375 so the scale is still reasonable, but the next one is up to 750 which is a bit too much 😕
For the error seconds, should I leave it to log with the sample time set to 1 second or something?

It wasn't the sampling frequency so much that I was talking about rather than the x-axis scale and the plotting. If that could be real time rather than "Hour".
As far as Bit plotting goes, I think the 750 scale will do for now. ADSL2+ goes to tone 511. And upto ~tone 440 everything looks pretty good and what might be expected, but then the sharper drop-off to ~tone 500 and the small peak after that is somewhat unusual.
Haven't got any Radio Amateurs living near you by any chance?

As for radio amateurs nearby, I honestly have no idea!
No more LOF or LOS errors so far today, and the link hasn't dropped either. Maybe whatever was going on was just a chance issue...

As far as Radio Amateurs go, you'd notice some very large aerials, some much bigger than the old 405 lines TV aerials and FM aerials, also some "Long Wire" aerials which would be needed for "Top Band" which is an amateur band operating 1.8-2.0Mhz which covers some of those tones around 430-480. Just trying to think of possible explanations for that unusual bit loading. It could of course be due to some other electronic equipment which might generate those sort of frequencies.

Definitely could be other electronics, the modem is in the study with a heap of other gear. I'll try and get rid of whatever I can nearby and try logging then

If you go a lengthy period now without anything happening, start switching on the stuff that's normally left on, only one at a time, leave it on for a good period and see if anything happens.
