Please could someone from plusnet adjust or reset my ip profile on plusnet side to sync with bt wholesale at 6.6 Mbps thanks. Connection was fine before i have always got over 6mb now I cannot even stream a movie without constant buffering. 😬

I have performed a quiet line test 17070 and I can't hear no noise on the line.

I'm given to understand that the Plusnet profile now only has any influence if the customer is on 20CN (not ADSL2) or they have a fixed IP address.
That BT profile is not 20CN - so are you on a fixed IP address? If not then the issue might be something else ... or the advice given out previously has some understanding missing. Hope this is picked up quickly for you.
