My router can't pick up a PPP link (red broadband light).
Is there an outage?
EDIT: Oh, maintenance in Birmingham.

Hi there,
We would only have expected you to be disconnected for perhaps a short while during the maintenance window (between midnight and 6am)
I'd give your router a reboot and failing that head for our fault checker: http://faults.plus.net

Thanks, back online now albeit with 2000 Kbps slower sync. I thought my DLM was disabled?

It is, but that means the profile won't adjust to the new sync rate. Sync still depends on line quality and is still variable as far as I know - but on the bright side if you do sync faster you'll get that speed back again straight away
