ADSL Crossed wires

I think I have my wires crossed as my upload speed is twice my download speed.
Can someone give my fceluk profile a kick please as I currently and normally sync at 1.5Mb and my profile is 500k

Hi Strat,
Unfortunately your exchange picked up a sync rate of 421kbps at about 10am yesterday, as such there's nothing we can do to uplift the speed I'm afraid. Might be worth checking your filters as one of them may have had it, but that's just a thought. You've not added any new phones or made any other changes to the system by any chance?

Thanks for your reply. The router is syncing at 1.5Mb.
We currently have 1 voice line (Non ADSL) down out of the 7 we have into the premises and have been told it's an exchange problem. This may have something to do with our ADSL problem as BT were working on it yesterday.
I've rebooted the router and will see how things go over the next 3 days or so.
