ADSL Broadband very slow since switchover

Switched over from sky 14 days ago or so. During the day I'm getting 14.72 DL and .97 UL. Any time after 16.30 Im getting around 2.0 DL. This happens every day and is very frustrating. Can anyone help? Never had this issue with Sky.

Can you go through the steps here to raise a fault so we can look into this?
