I'll chuck 3-4Mbps in there.
That's an educated guess though

I have very similar router stats and get 4Mbps usually and never less than 3Mbps

One thing to watch is that your signal to noise ratio may change during the day.
Mine for example dips every night, so when I look at my router I could not understand why my sync speed was so low, for the s/n ratio reported during the day.

Chilly,
Do you have a graph that shows your sync speeds? It would be useful to compare that against your noise margins.

My SNR dips every night - usually about 4 or 5am. For this reason I switch off my router every evening and switch back on next morning. As a result I get a steady 4Mbps service. If I leave the router on overnight then I end up with a (still steady, but slower) 3Mbps service

These are the graphs for the last week;
S/N ratio;
Sync rate;
Bandwidth;
Bandwidth is only sampled once per hour.
Router is a Netgear DG834GT

Note; Due to a planned server outage, the graphs in the post above will not show on Saturday July 7.
