I'm fairly sure my line will be set to standard, but is there anywhere we can check?

We can check, if you want it checking. Lines are all set to 'Standard' unless we've changed it (we'd tell you if we had).
Your line may have errored in the evening or at a time when we haven't been running line checks. We've very limited visibility unfortunately, we can see the last 15 minutes worth of data for your line.

If you're referring to the policies, that's something we can do.
If you're referring to then profile band you're on, that's something that DLM does automatically.
