Hi,
I've a query about my BB product and IP Profiles.
I'm on Plusnet Extra Fibre 250
I believe this was a 40/10 product which was relaunched as 80/20.
I think I'm on some good copper, its a new build, was getting 6-7Mb on 8Mb ADSL.
I reckon I'm about 600m or so from my cabinet.
Speed tests are solidly above 30Mb maxing out at 36Mb.
My IP Profile is 38.72 Mbps which another post on here mentions is the maximum for the 40 product.
Could I have been left on the 40 'cap' or is that acceptable given my distance from the cabinet?
Should I consider moving to a non-extra product and save myself £5/month (I'd rather have the faster speed though)
Thanks

Here is a link to the distance to cab vs speed graph - looks like the max you will get is about 45mbps

Hi onionfx,
If you do decide to go ahead with the account change, please raise a ticket on your account and we'll get it sorted for you. The change would usually go ahead on your next billing date.
