No, BTW work as 5 working days mon-fri only

I know its 5 working days in a week. I was told the work would take 7 days. I was meant to says was "Will the work take 7 working days or 7 days including weekends)
My bad. I should be more clear.

Aww boo, after more than 7 working days my sync speed is still 7,616

HI delaneya,
7616k sync would normally indicate interleaving is on. I wouldn't imagine you would get the full 8128k unless it was turned off.

The above statement is not strictly true. If the MDF require jumpering to move the OP from ADSL to ADSL2+ then this is done by Openreach and they are close to working 24/7

Wasn't delaneya waiting for ADSL2+ to be turned on?

"Joanne Pilson" replied to my support ticket on the 10th to say the order for the upgrade to ADSL2 has been placed.  I have asked for a update

Ok upon further investigation it appears that you are on 21cn but have been placed on ADSL1. I will have to place a manual order to have this changed. I do apologise but I'm not sure why this didn't go through originally as I requested.

Do you know how long this will take?  Also would I benefit from interleaving been turned ? My connection looks stable enough.

Attenuation:  23.0  dB
Uptime (days hh:mm:ss)      :  3 days, 0:56:14  (was about 5 ot 6 days before)

Once I've placed the order it should take 24 hours. As for the interleaving I would leave it as it is at the moment and see how the changeover goes.
