njay: I suspect AO was suggesting rotating/sitting on end etc to see if changing the radiation pattern has any effect.

Currently its sitting on top of the OR modem (don't ask that's where OR engineer put it along with not doing several other things he apparantly should have ::))
I will try an orientate it a 90degrees to the 15m length and see what I get.
