£50 cashback, no eail confimation

Hi. I signed up through the Money Saving Expert site on the 18/9/2018. My service went active on the 26/9/2018. I have still not had confirmation of the £75 cashback offer (as have others). Could you please help me with this?

I've taken a look into this issue today and I can see that this has been tracked by our system. The cheque can take anywhere up to 60 working days to arrive once the first service on your account has gone live. If you haven't heard or received anything towards the end of that time frame, please let us know and we'll be happy to investigate further.
