£50 Cashback offer - email not received

Hi, I signed up to Plusnet following the offer online that included  £50  cashback, it has been two weeks since broadband went active, I have read that you need to wait around 10 days for the email, but no email has arrived yet and it's being hard to contact someone on the phone and the live chat is busy and not working. 

 

Can I have some help, please

Hi, 

I wanted to update that I have received now the email for the cashback. However, when I try to log in with my email and username the website would not recognise it. 

Can you have a look into this @deank @Satss  or have any advice in what to do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues in logging in to claim the cashback. Please make sure you are using the same details you have registered with us, we have had a look on our system and everything is in place for you to login.
