Hi all,
Brief history of my fault..
4 weeks ago my DL speed started being capped at 0.13mb (usually 2mb), it was like this for a week. Then no internet at all. DSL light on router but no internet.
Plusnet noticed a lot of line drops deemed it a BT issue.
BT didn't turn up on first visit.
Arranged a week later, BT engineer came and "fixed" the issue. In reality he terminated some cables and left, got home, not fixed.
Bt engineer booked for yesterday, didn't turn up.
Today, BT engineer has turned up! He changed my master socket to an NTE5 (old house) and noticed a fault on the line which he fixed.
His technologies deemed the internet up and running however my trusty Netgear DG 834GT and Cisco WG54G2 don't work so he deemed it a plusnet issue and the config of the routers were wrong. I've subsequently got home and reset both, input my plusnet username and password and nothing.
Not sure where to go from here? Can anyone suggest something I can try? Really am pulling my hair out with all of this. 4 weeks!
Thanks,
Andy

I guess it's another case of waiting for a BT engineer again. What an absolutely shambles this all has been.
