It may fluctuate over the first few days, it would also be best to test your connection over a wired connection to check your speeds more accurately.

Don't think wireless is up to gigabit speeds yet? At least not in the retail world. Be surprised if you get better than 300Mb/s at the moment.

No I only use wireless for phones and my brothers PC, everything else is wired.
