30% of all BT 21CN lines showing congestion or faults

The latest blog post from AAISP makes dismal reading:

This is likely to affect other ISPs using 21CN back-haul in similar proportions and suggests that 21CN is, as a whole, still not working properly. We are continuing to work closely with BT to get this sorted as soon as possible, and we welcome feedback from other ISPs on this. Update: We now show a graphical indication of severity of the issue in each area.

Yes - but as I added an exclusion on Firefox that doesn't prove anything  
EDIT - removed the exception and the warning isn't there now
