30% Speed During Peak Times - Fibre

I've been testing this on and off for a month or so now and my speed is consistently slow during peak times.
At 7am, my speed is 68-75 Upload every time.
Anywhere from 4-5pm onwards until late evening the speed drops to low 20s.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but this isn't supposed to happen right? I'm pretty sure there should be no reduction at peak times on unlimited fibre.
But it does keep doing it every day at very similar times so seems clear that this is what is happening.
Is it something Plusnet will fix just via the forum request or does it require a CS ticket?

HI you might want to take a look at this thread and start posting there, basically myself and a few others have the same peek time speed drops which has been on going for me at least over a month now. http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,124744.656.html

Yes! Join the club referring to the link above.
I've had a slight improvement since I had a port change but still not perfect.
The upshot is that BT's fibre network wasn't future proofed when it was planned & installed to take account of increased take up..

Thanks. It kept saying that it failed until they all popped up at once!

OK I'll post it in that thread too. Just did the test 5 times in 5 minutes and got very different results. 2 were 65, 1 was 22, 2 were 35.
Maybe it's not so much a speed reduction as instability - still though, I've never seen it drop below 65 at off-peak times.
