Re: 21CN

Hi,
Samknows says my exchange (Cheddington) says RFS for 31st March 2011; so I can only assume RFS is delayed.
Question is, another than having a Router whichs supports ADSL2+ will I expect to get faster speeds streight away or do PN have to make a change first?
Dan.

Re: 21CN

HI Dan,
[quote=BT Availability checker]Our test also indicates that your line currently supports an estimated ADSL2+ broadband line speed of 2Mbps; typically the line speed would range between 1Mbps and 3.5Mbps.
Just for future reference guys, if you pop your number into the BT Availability checker you'll get it from the horses mouth! Wink

Re: 21CN

Jo,
I am fully aware of my possible line speed thanks, my question is:- another than having a router which supports ADSL2+ do I get the improved speed automatically or does PN have to make a change to there systems to reflect the exchange is now ADSL2+.

Re: 21CN

... although, with an attenuation of 54dB I'm not sure you would see any improvement.

Openereach have to do work in the exchange after PN has submitted a request/order.
