21CN up to 20MB on Plusnet Unlimited

We were just connected to PlusNet unlimited yesterday, as we called up and tried to get a MAC code to move to O2, but we were given a better offer of having PlusNet unlimited. We were told on the phone that we would be able to get 20MB, as we would have on O2. We have received messages saying that we are moving over to 21CN, but will we get 20MB on our packages?

depends on your exchange, use this to check if it's 21cn enable http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/
and then of course it's always upto 20mb so depends how far away you are and how noisy your line is
