21CN please

I was on ADSL2+
I moved to different location but stayed at the same exchange
I'm only on ADSL1 at the moment therefore please can you move me back over to 21CN.

out of interest how can you tell just so i can check mine when it's all up and runnning

chrisoldinho if you check your router stats you should see DSL Type and one of the following ADSL standards:-
G.992.1 ADSL (G.DMT)
G.992.1 Annex A ADSL over POTS
G.992.1 Annex B ADSL over ISDN
G.992.2 ADSL Lite (G.Lite)
G.992.3 ADSL2
G.992.3 Annex J ADSL2
G.992.3 Annex L RE-ADSL2
G.992.4 splitterless ADSL2
G.992.5 ADSL2+
G.992.5 Annex M ADSL2+M

At the moment mine is G.992.1 annex A which is ADSL, I'm waiting for G.992.5 which is ADSL2+

My exchange is 21CN enabled. http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange/MYGRF does this mean it supports ADSL2+ ?

Just to let you know I have'nt received an e-mail or any indication for the 21CN service on my line.
