BT Speed Tester has me:

a request went to BT about noon, the connect speed rose
the cap stayed at 3500
PN current line speed

The BT IP Profile is still 3500kbps and the Plusnet Current line speed matches that. The BT IP Profile should automatically increase to 13000kbps, the value for a sync speed of 15522kbps, in 2-3 days with the Plusnet Current line speed following after the delta report is received.

The BT IP Profile has increased to 13000, as has ours. You might need to reboot your modem/router in order to see these speeds at your PC.

It's best to perform a PPP disconnect from within your router, there should be an option within the router pages to disconnect and then reconnect.
