That's been bumped up for you, give it 10-15 minutes and you should see the difference.

Sorry to resurect this old topic but just recently my profile PN seems to react much more often and quicker following changes in my BT profile. Have any other users noticed similar and would PN care to comment please?

Mine took 8 days before plusnet profile to change! But instead more quicker to reduce ip profile! Still not working.

It's not affecting me so by all means leave it alone, but my profile hasn't budged from 74 ( sync is currently 67.06 ) since the line card issue was fixed at our exchange, which is 3 to 4 weeks ago now  Wink

The numerous hops I've done in the last 3 weeks suggest otherwise.
I just tried again now from pcl ag06 to 03 and it's not budging I'm afraid. Not a problem when it's too high though  Wink

There have been some changes made on our suppliers side and on our systems. As it is a change that has only recently happened  we're currently monitoring to if there is any improvement.

What change is it? Can you explain more clear please. Does the change mean the ip profile on BT side and Plusnet side will match instant? or every 1, 12 or 24 or 72 hours?

Delta reports we're not being generated every time that a re-sync event took place, this meant that no information was generated to us to update your speed profile if the sync rate had changed.
The way the information is generated to the delta reports has been adjusted, although currently any changes under 256kbps will not be reported to us as it stands, this is just to manage volume while we see if there is any initial difference.

This is then followed by the us running a script an hour later with the download date to our systems to update your profile:

We're also refining our scripts slightly this week, this is due to a few errors that have been encountered when applying the updates to our systems.
