Could my profile be given a nudge. It's been stuck on 6.5 since the Jurassic age.
That was good when the speed dropped below 6.5 but it's currently at 6.95.
Not a lot I know but maybe if it's given a nudge it will start to move of its own accord in the future. Tongue

Can i ask please for my profile to be updated.
My Plusnet profile is set at 14.3 for the last  4 days, and my current BT profile is set to 17.7
I did post a thread on the subject, to ask if i should request the IP profile match, and i was advised to post here.
Thanks again, and a special thanks to JoJo for sorting the re-training on my line, everything's really good now.

Hi.
BT speedtest says "IP Profile for your line is - 20.97 Mbps" stable over the weekend at least
(but started at 24.4Mbps when openreach finally did my FTTC on Monday)
https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed says 4Mb.
Online speedtests have been giving me about 4Mbps through the week, but once I got 18Mbs, then it went back to 4Mbps.
This morning a speed test gave me about 17Mbps, despite the plusnet profile.
Will it reset to 4Mbps again?
Can you change it so it defaults to nearer BT's IP profile?
Or do I have to wait till the end of the 10 days? (It's 7 days just now)
(I also raised this at the end of my long OpenReach FTTC saga ticket #50560398, but this seems the place to go for this issue.)

Hi , it seems that after my 2nd training period sorted whatever the problem was  and now getting good speeds so can someone please check mine is now set  correctly plusnet end too  please now as  I believe latest  training period is over &  there was some confusion last time  I called about setting there
Although seems to be working all ok now also  Open Reach were  messing about in street & cab sorting neighbours line problems  so maybe it was something intermittent  there too  , heres hoping anyway but a huge increase for a while now  Wink
BT shows this anyway and been sort of around that for a good while
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 4 Mbps-21 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 13.84 Mbps

Hi,
BT profile has been 6.24M for several days now, but PN profile seems to be stuck at 5.2M.
Any chance of a manual reset?
