I used to get email notifications but have not done for some months - not sure why.  Will try again to register there.
But my email is only sporadic too since Saturday - and my connection keeps going off[had an hour this morning before lunch, and then it has been intermittent again this afternoon] not sure why mine should be so bad when others[Barry and B3g for example]  are not having problems!!

Apparently my fault not due to Ilford problem but;
"Dear Miss Dunster,
BT have just come back to us on the problems you will have been experiencing on the 21cn trial that you are currently using.
They have advised that the dropping connection/packet loss problems you have been experiencing was due to a problem on a faulty card on a core router in Sheffield which has now been corrected.

We've had confirmation that this should now be fixed. The testing we've done would suggest this to be the case too

yep switched today and every thing is running as normal. looks like my switched was timed pretty well
