16db sn margin

hi there. i had a fault on my internal wiring (which has been fixed now) is there anyway of getting my sn margin set back to 6db?

As your on 20cn we don't have the option to reset the SNR to a specific value I'm afraid. However we can submit a general SNR reset that restarts line training and recalculates the SNR automatically, I've submitted that now so give it 24 hours and lets see where the SNR lands.
