It sounds like you may have a line fault. If you look at the questions I've mentioned in reply #72 for baileytech, also run the
BTw "Diagnostic" speedtest ignore the red preamble text except make sure nothing else is using the internet, then after the first test click on Further Diagnostics at the bottom of the page, enter your phone number and run the test.
If you could start a new thread, copy and paste the results and answers to the questions into the post (rather than confuse baileytech's thread). Also check your
Current Line speed (Login required). Don't post your phone number
