&lt;P&gt;If You need to get customer feed&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;back to these boards send people a text message or push notification out to those&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;who have the beta and are accepted to tell them to click &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;a short link to provide feedback direct to these boards !!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Theres a system i use called "helpshift" that intergrates a ticket system into apps VIA SDK that provides menus for faq's&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;or contact support/developer direct on the device that also sends device details back and forth between parties which is quite handy and would be an alternative contact method to livechat/phone calls for the deaf users as well like golden fibre mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Might be handy looking into while you design the new range of apps...im waiting for the main account features for broadband/home phone control and bill paying to save me logging in via web.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;But Why Dont You set up a thread /post for the Android App Test &amp;amp; IOS Mobile App Test for those users that have each different version where the app bugs may not happen on the opposite platform to narrow it down quicker.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion. We might yet, it just depends on how active these boards become with beta testers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We didn't include any prompt to come here with the beta invites so we might not get much traffic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
