I'm using Excel from Office 2007, and suddenly, instead of the Cells having their identities in the form B7 or C3, etc, it is in the form R2C9. According to the one answer I have found on the web, the solution is to tick (or possibly untick) a checkbox somewhere in Preferences/General. The trouble is I cannot find where Preferences/General is. The answer that told me this is old and closed so I cannot go back to them and ask "where is it?"

Any help gratefully accepted. Thankyou
