According to the one answer I have found on the web, the solution is to tick (or possibly untick) a checkbox somewhere in Preferences/General. The trouble is I cannot find where Preferences/General is. The answer that told me this is old and closed so I cannot go back to them and ask "where is it?"</P> <P>Any help gratefully accepted.
