Can’t connect fire stick to WiFi

Hello

I’m pulling my hair out here hopefully someone can help, I’ve just gone to turn my fire stick on and said no internet, checked the hub etc all good and all other devices working

Tried forgetting the network and rejoin, tried a reset on the plusnet hub 2 and even factory reset the fire stick but whenever I try pair to the WiFi I get one of those captcha screens and I can’t get passed it and as such I’m now stuck

I connected our Fire stick to the Wi-Fi using the network menu of the Fire stick.

Pick the desired Wi-Fi service off the list and enter the password when prompted.

Out of interest - is that a menu that is only accessible by a smart phone?
