Audio delay when streaming

Hi,

I have been having issues when streaming. When I watch ITVX and Netflix on my laptop there seems to be a voice delay. I thought maybe it is because my internet connection was slow. I have upgraded to full fibre and that was installed yesterday but I’m still getting the voice delay and I don’t know why. I have tried a different browser but it’s just the same.

Just a guess, but are you using Bluetooth headphones?

I've had this problem with Bluetooth.

If so and it's possible to change the codec used (this may or may not be possible) something like APT-X might help.

Otherwise try some wired headphones and see if that helps.

Thank you for sending me the link. I have tried to look at the settings and change the settings but it is still the same 😟
