Plusnet passwords never need changing, unless you have reason to think they have been compromised, or an agent advises to do so in a phone call &lt;U&gt;you&lt;/U&gt; have initiated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was not sure about this email, being always suspicious and the origin was&amp;nbsp;admin@leadlimited which did not inspire confidence. So rather than clicking on the link I logged in to my account and changed the password anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, any thoughts on this from other users, what/who is leadlimited? And how often does a Plusnet password need resetting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
