Webmail for btinternet cannot see all the emails in conversation view. Is this a bug?

I use Webmail ( email.bt.com ) to login into and read my btinternet email.

When I log in, It defaults to View-Message Options: Conversation View.

In this mode, I cannot read all my emails in the inbox. I can only read the first 50.

When in conversation mode, you can only see a small fraction of the emails in you inbox. When you get to the bottom of the list, it does not get any more emails.

Turn it off Conversation view and it is possible to view 50, then when you scroll to the bottom you can read more. Eventually you can read all of them.

As a rational person, would you consider this to be a bug?

If so should it be fixed?

There may be more urgent bugs to be fixed.

Is it a bug? What do you think? Disabling "Conversation View" for the few people who use Webmail was really apprecated by Webmail users who could not see most of their old their emails.
