Suspended domains

Hi. In CPanel Multi-Site manager, i have 3 domains listed, 2 of which the status cannot be switched on. I am trying to instal Joomla5, but it keeps failing to install. Joomla 4xx does install but gives an error message when installing extensions "Access denied for user 'ccgijixxx659283'@'%' to database 1gxxxpe_ccgijixxx659283'.

First question, how can i switch the other 2 domains on (there is no option)?

Two, is the error in the Joomla extensions install connected to the first?

I've not used this for a long time, but some thoughts from what I can see here.

What makes you think those domains are suspended? From what I can see below, are they not the Plusnet domains? I suspect it might be that you aren't allowed to turn them off, rather that you not having the option to turn them on.

As for your installation issue, are you sure the the user listed is a valid database user and has permissions on the database listed? Also did you have to enter the password for that user, and if so are you certain that is correct? As I say, I've not used it for a long time, so can't remember if that is something you enter/select yourself.
