Remote Connection to Synology NAS Drive

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to set up my Synology DS224+ and have got as far as the option for email delivery but I'm stalled when it asks for the SMTP Server and Port. I have entered the incoming server address and the incoming port 993 but this has been rejected.

Could anyone suggest how to fill in the boxes in the attachment below?

SMTP is the outgoing port - so unsurprising it failed if you entered 993 (incoming port number for IMAP)

SMTP these days is typically port 587, although 465 and 25 should also work.

You'll need to look-up your email provider's SMTP server URL or IP address.
