Partial blue light on Hub Two

Hi - had connectivity issues yesterday and advised that Openreach would fix remotely. Blue light is back but only partially. Any know what this means? Thanks!

@louisebeckley What do you mean by 'only partially'? Can you use the internet?

Just about it’s pretty slow. Assume it’s taking a long time to get fully back up and running. Just wondered if the partial blue light meant anything. Thank you

If you have a blue light, your connection is up. I don't use a PN Hub, but I understand the light does not go all the way round.

If your speed is still slow, can I politely ask how 'computer technical' you are, so we know how to frame our help responses?

Assuming a Hub Two the lights are only on the top and bottom of the circle.
